Our Referral Reward Scheme

 

If you refer a candidate to our organisation, for example a carer – providing they are successful with their application, interview and secure themselves a placement with our organisation, after 4 weeks of being on placement/work, we will reward you – the original referee with £100.00 via. direct bank transfer.

RULES

- You cannot refer yourself.

- Your referral/candidate will be checked against our records and databases to cross-match anyone, if they appear on our records, your referral does not count/invalid.

- The referred candidate MUST mention your full name at their first interaction/engagement with ourselves in order to meet our referral criteria.

 

 

i) Referrals

 

    Carers / Personal Assistants

    Nurse / Matrons

    Consultants / Specialists*

    Physiotherapist

    Dieticians

    Chiropodists etc.

 

 

ii) Third-party service providers

 

    Drivers / Chauffeurs

    Hairdressers

    Funeral Directors

    Builders / Contractors etc.

 

 

All referrals to third party service providers have been checked and verified, prior to our organisation as Oasis Senior Home Care ltd referring them back to you as the end service user. You are never under any obligation to go with our suggestion(s) or recommendation(s) that we outsource. This referral service is to collaborate and work with local and national organisations and individuals to benefit you the service user to lead a hassle free life for convenience purposes, where in by we are unable to meet such provisions ourselves.

 

No party/individual should ever approach you the client for direct payments, this is done by us as – Oasis Senior Home Care ltd ONLY* - with the exception of consultants and specialists*, mentioned above. 

 

 

iii) Disclaimers

 

Whilst we as Oasis have every interest to ensure you the – service user/client receive the best service from the third party providers, it is by no means or could it be interpreted as any form of guarantee by our organisation. Therefore when you make an anonymous and independent decision for yourself to use one of the referrals, you do so with the understanding that we as Oasis Senior Home Care ltd and its respective employees can not be in any way held responsible or to accountable legally or financially – whatever the outcome should you be dissatisfied or injured as an indirect result of the referral from us, you accept and agree to not take any legal action against us as - Oasis Senior Home Care ltd. and its employees. Our sole role is to provide the provisions of staffing and secondary role of which include the directory of services upon your instruction and to serve as a payments organiser.

 

The responsibility, action(s), opinion(s), behaviour(s), omission(s) remain to be that of the third parties and you, the service user accept and recognise, they are separate from us as – Oasis Senior Home Care ltd and its employees.

 

On the rare occasions should any disputes arise from the use of any of the third party services including individuals, should you choose, Oasis will serve to be the mediator between yourself and the third party with aims to achieve a satisfactory and fair outcome for all those involved.
