FLEXIBLE, SHORT TERM LIVE-IN CARE, SO YOU CAN HAVE A BREAK YOURSELF
Looking after anyone long-term can often at times be an extremely tiresome undertaking both physically and emotionally. One may feel isolated, frustrated and duty bound as well as feeling guilt as they are usually a partner or a relative. These feelings are natural, care is demanding.
The first step is recognising you need additional support, this usually means getting external help from third-parties like ourselves. Respite Care maybe more of a viable option if you are looking for flexibility on an as and when needed basis for live-in care services and still play an active role for the care recipient.

Circumstances
Our new clients and their families often find themselves caught off guard as they have been independent for much of their lives - then following a hospital admission quickly realise they require additional support until they make a full recovery eg. usually after surgery - A Hip or Knee Replacement etc.
Another scenario would be long term cognitive conditions such as Dementia, where the care-recipient may feel confused and especially during the night whereby they wake up multiple times disturbing others and the principle carer/other partner, over time this can take its emotional toll and erode any relationship...
