Our objective is simple, to maintain continuity in your life just the way you like it. The carers' and the wider services we work with are all on a 'self-employed' basis. Our policies and procedures as well as legal pack ensure there is no misunderstandings when matters concern relationships and terms of engagements between ourselves (Oasis), the client (You) and the worker (Self-Employed) in line with HMR&C and policies surrounding the IR35 and applicable laws. You need not to worry about PAYEE or employee responsibilities. This is why we have structured ourselves in this manner, so you can focus on the things that matter to you - your life and quality time. We offer 24/7 support thus to ensure all parties are content and happy.

Our team will review your informations carefully, to see what level of support you would require, we will then 'match' your profile with who we believe possesses the necessary skills and personality traits to offer you support at home.

Once stages 1 and 2 are completed, we will arrange with you either a home visit or a virtual video call with the carers and proceed once you are happy with all the arrangements.

Awaiting to be triaged by publicly funded health care related services and clinicians alike, can and often times have proven to be extremely difficult to reach when it matters. Our solution is to provide a 24 hour support line to have direct access to our network of 'self-employed' nurses we work with, drastically eliminating waiting times.
Nurse On Call
All nurse's that we work with have been extensively checked and interviewed. We perform the necessary background vetting procedures such as looking into their registration with the NMC, along with their pin to verify and check they have the practicing privileges, this is to ensure client safety at all times. Giving you peace of mind, knowing the advice given is evidence-based practice and lead, where health concerns are deemed none life-threatening.
Consultants & Specialists
We also network and liaise with a comprehensive list of independent consultants for a head-to-toe coverage, whom of which have their own specialities and practices. If you suffer from any life-long illnesses and wish to seek a speedy-diagnosis and treatment, we can arrange this under your instruction.
